Hello & welcome!

I am so glad you're here! I’m Anna Kenney, a local Realtor in Northwest Indiana. Welcome to my first blog! Eeeeeek! My goal here is to provide market updates for the Region, community highlights, and just overall useful information (tips and tricks) for those looking to buy or sell a home. With that, I’ll also be spotlighting some experts that can provide their helpful insights as well. I have a genuine love for our community and want to highlight that as much as possible.

As for a little bit about me…

I am a local NWI native. My childhood home was out by Boone Grove, but I went to school in Crown Point and graduated from Crown Point High School. I went to Purdue (Boiler Up!) and FIT in NY, and have spent almost 15 years in Corporate retail across Merchandising and Sales positions for a few Fortune 500 companies. My husband and I met in Columbus, OH, made the move to downtown Chicago for a few years, and eventually built a home and settled into Valparaiso, IN. We absolutely love our community. It’s got a super cool, small college town vibe, and the people that live in this town are just so down to earth, friendly, and genuine people.

I make it a point to volunteer when I can, I’m an active member at our church, and I’m on the Board of Directors for Girls on The Run of NWI. Being a woman myself, and raising 2 little girls (Lennon is 5 and Grace is 3), I absolutely love everything this organization stands for. It’s about so much more than running…we’re building confidence in the young girls in our community.

Beyond that, I’m a huge reader, I love to bake, and spend time with family.
